Rest 30 seconds between reps
5 minutes
Mobility stretching – 10 sec holds
Feet together / R over L / L over R
Feet apart / R leg reach / L leg reach / both hands middle
R knee down – lean in / lean back
L knee down – lean in / lean back
Seated – dragon fly -2x
Inverted hurdler – R leg / L leg
